Sons & Co successfully acquired the mixed use scheme – Triptych Bankside and strategically enhanced the original planning permission, resulting in a development encompassing 400,000 sq.ft. The project includes 169 luxurious apartments with modern amenities, as well as 86,000 sq.ft. of Grade A office space, which was fully let within 6 months after achieving PC. The total GDV of the project is £400 m. Notably, the penthouses have attained sales values of approximately £3,500 per square foot, setting a new benchmark for the area.
