VI Castle Lane was originally the site of the Kingsway Westminster College building built in the 1930’s. The site came with planning consent for demolition of the existing buildings and creation of a new build private residential scheme comprising 28 apartments across 7 floors, 3 townhouses and an underground parking level with 19 secure parking spaces.
